We will dispatch your order within 3-7 working days from the day that the order is placed. However we do try and send out all orders ASAP.

If you're a UK customer and spend £20 or more, free STANDARD delivery will automatically be applied at checkout - it's that easy!

You will only get a tracking number if you select tracked shipping at checkout.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which AIMS to deliver your order within 2-4 WORKING days after its dispatch. This service is FREE with a minimum spend of £20. If you would like your order FASTER you can upgrade your shipping to Express (Royal Mail 1st Class) which AIMS to deliver your order within 1-2 WORKING days after its dispatch. There is also an option for TRACKED shipping which enables full tracking.

All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International STANDARD Delivery, which AIMS to deliver your order within 5-12 WORKING days after its dispatch. The order will only be TRACKED if you choose this option at checkout.

Please note that these timescales are just guidelines and there is NO guarantee it will arrive on time, especially due to ongoing postal strikes. Once your order leaves us, we are no longer in control.

On our website we currently only ship to the UK and USA. We may ship to your country on our Etsy!

Unfortunately we do NOT accept refunds or exchanges however if there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email.
